After using this service, I can say that the support is extremely responsive which is a great sign. No issues with the proxies and they will happily accommodate for any request when possible. Proxies have done well for the purpose i have them for compares to many other providers!

Well, I don't know about otherrs, but I waited for more than 30 mins and there was no response from any support guy on xmpp. So, if this is the support expectation then I don't know.

I don't know, I have a chat screenshot, which might embarass you and I don't want to get into the details - but Customer Support guy/gal was just not there. I mean if u don't intend to provide test/trials that's ok but u should declare the same politely on the chat. No one is forcing u to provide the service, its ur call, mate. The wait was just endless - as if I was in an echo chamber. Anyways, now I doubt the feedbacks from other new accounts.
