How to monetize tech and software blog?

I have a website with good positions related to software and gadgets. Currently, the website is mostly informational, but I don't get good money from Adsense.

Can somebody advise how can I earn with affiliate programs? And maybe recommend some niches or keywords.

For gadgets, you can use amazon affiliate program. For software related affiliate programs, just google "SOFTWARE AFFILIATE PROGRAMS" and you will see a lot of programs to register for.
