Don't post any link on your first post. Warming up your account would be the best solution.

Also did you post it on a related topic / discussion? I can check it if you're doing everything right or not.

strange, I posted 40 to 50 words with my link and still my account is not banned

Tried it. I ended up getting a nofollow. My "x" looks a looks different though.
