Best Way To Get Backlinks!

Heard that some Angelas backlinks are good- Anyone can confirm this?
I'm trying to rank for one keyword but don't really know how to do it, after indexed my site was at 146th place without any backlinks just one keyword rich article in keyword-phrase-domain.info - but of course i would want to get it at least on 1st page - The keyword is really non-competitive only 700 results with allintitle: and top10 results doesn't really have that important Pageranks nor backlinks!
Also what about Signatures in ******** Forums?
And what else can u suggest for me what I could try ?

Keep adding backlinks. With only 700 results you will not have problems to have a good position. Keep your site seo friendly too.

Yup I have it Super-Seo friendly but I heard that one can get really good results with using that Angelas backlinks - I found a way how to acutally see where she have posted all her backlinks but after checking for backlinks with one tool with what I usually see all the backlinks I couldn't find even one - but someone says here that by using those they have got some results- anyone can confirm this?

I have used Angela service and for the 5$ is worth it. But sometimes you find your link on a web site spammed with links and you work for nothing. It's like some of the Xrummer links: some land on fresh non spammed sites and some end up to add more spam to a forum full with thousands of spammy links.

Also about angela links, she is advertising something like: you will get 10 PR6 do follow links but actually you receive 10 PR0 do follow links since you create the new link and maybe in time you will receive some PR juice from the main web site.

I did a PR test on the http://commenthunt.com site. I put in a keyword and searched. Then I copied one of the links (link to a ******** blog) and checked it's PR. The blog had a "not available" or N/A PR. Did this on 2 blogs.

I will try to get 100 those angela backlinks over 1week time ( 15backlinks per day ) , and will try to build few linkwheels - Seems like this is better then commenting on those blogs.

I can tell you without a shadow of doubt that if you have enough links, it doesn't matter how badly spammed the pages are. Of course, the less spam, the better. But a spammed site can still send some considerable power down the line.

As you say, Angela is running a bit of a scam by painting the profile pages with the PR of the home page. Still, the more IP addresses you have linking to your site, the better. If they are from large trusted domains, the benefit is even greater,
