Should I use offshore or not?!

So I created new nude site like mrskin. I had nude celeb site before and i'm using offshore but what if I use a normal site for this one that allows adult content?
I will remove if I get get dmca reports or .... .
My question is, Am I gonna have any unknown problems?

You shouldn't be having other issues than DMCA I guess, but I still wouldn't go with "normal" hosting for that.

They have some licensing or contracts that allow them to reproduce the content.

If everything checks out Go-Daddy is not the cheapest, but they are pretty lenient.

Right, GoDaddy also has pretty good Cust service. They also seem to be pretty knowledgeable about the whole monetizing niche game. I remember when one tried to sell me some product and we ended up talking about Empire Flippers and laughing about never being able to afford the 2 million dollar price tag

Adult content it self have nothing to do with DMCA.
Now if you are streaming 3rd party content then you will need a DMCA free (or flexible) hosting provider.

Google can help you with that, but I personally always go with offshore hosting when it comes to adult stuff. Better safe than sorry

I'd recommend to stay on an offshore host. You never know when a "normal" host may decide to dump you without warning. You should read their ToS very carefully in any case.

This is only applicable for hosting in USA.

Simply because they are not elastic as some offshore hosting services, also are located mostly in US, which is not the best if you are afraid about copyright infringement issues.

Just do not host in your jurisdiction and use crypto to buy server and domain for privacy.
