Taking dropshipping to the next level

Hi everyone, I've been doing dropshipping for a while and it's nice and all but I feel like customers are not that happy when they receive anonymous envelope and not something branded of my brand.

Also I have no repeat customers and I definitely can understand. My questions is if you guys doing dropshipping see repeating customers?

I'm thinking about taking my dropshipping site to the next level and actually make a brand. Any insights of what is important and what should I do next or do you believe I shouldn't do it at all?

A top-notch branding generally helps getting more return customers. This isn't completely true for each niche, eg. customers interested in utility product might not care about the fancy box it comes with, they just want the damn product. My suggestion would be to private label a couple top sellers of yours and see how it goes.

Thanks for the response. By making a product private label you mean I need to have some bags and boxes branded and maybe my product as well. Any suggestion how can I do this while Chinese manufacturers sell only in hundreds?
