For example, if the content is not hosted on your shared/vps hosting and only linking to another source (sport video, live tv etc...)

a normal site doesnt cause that much load if its properly optimized.
visitors if accessing static pages may not harm much, but if your page size is large then it might be an issue, but then you can upgrade to VPS or dedicated servers.
Wordpress is supported, in addition to that we are using litespeed enterprise to optimize wordpress with lscache plugin.
ssl are free in all of our shared hosting plans you dont need lets encrypt.
resource can be monitored in your cPanel account,
If you abuse the resources you will be warned, but if your usage is more than 80% your account will be suspended, but that does not mean that its permanently suspended. you can contact us to rectify the issue and we will give you 24 hours time to fix, or upgrade.

i am not going in details here as i dont want to make fuss.
