Verify USA paypal using VCC

Hi guys I'm planning to buy VCC for USA paypal from secondeye solution. My question is can i use it to verify my newly created USA paypal account? Thanks

VCC will NOT verify the account. It will only CONFIRM.
For verification - you need a VBA/Bank.

With the new policy, you cannot use the paypal balance (for sending) if you do not confirm the account with SSN
You can still use the account, but unfortunately you're only allowed to withdraw and not able to send unless you confirm the SSN.
Also, Yes, it should be Phone Verified and Email Verified.

Yes usa paypal. So even if i verify it with phone, email, vcc and vba i i still cant send unless i verify my ssn? Thanks

USA PayPal account's needs SSN & personal information but if you don't want to share that information you can just use a UK or any other country account that should work just fine.

don't waste money & resources on something you have no idea about just ask him for account instead.

Agreed but he doesn't want to put his ssn on paypal also you can only advertise your services in Marketplace, BST & your sales thread anywhere else is a violation so you should keep that in mind.
