I do not understand, if you can make so much money with affiliation and selling products why are you sharing ou selling something that can me thousands of dollars for as cheap as 500$.

A few reasons. 1. Building a website is only half of the work. You need to drive traffic, maintain the site, update/add new articles. 2. Not all websites are a success. We have sold over 150 websites so far and honestly, I can say without a shadow of a doubt that not all have been successful.
