Depends on how much revenue your sites are generating, too lame of a question to answer honestly just like your previous threads

I see most of those brokers work with only 40-50k budgets, is it possible to buy something good with 5-10k?

I'm always selling with FEInternational, they have the best people working there and pricing is awesome.

Flippa is ok for those sorts of budgets.

Really isn't any broker with a ton of traffic outside of flippa.
*that regularly has listings within the OP's price range, yes.
I'm in the midst of doing research to this end, as I'm also interested (with a budget that's a little more flexible), and it seems that one of the best options for limited purchasing power is to
1. Well, in any case (whether you have 5k or 500k), make sure you whittle your searches down to the Editors' Choice/Brokered/Verified listings to ensure you're actually getting what you paid for.
2. Find a site with a niche you're actually going to have at least a modicum of interest engaging in. Even the most trustworthy sellers can't promise you'll never have to spend some amount of time fiddling with/checking in on it,
which brings me to
3. Don't blow your whole budget on buying the site. Even if the site's monthly earnings are enough to cover its costs, you're going to want/need to grow this bish. MY goal is to buy a site for maybe half of my budget and then pay people to fix it up nice and good for relatively crazy cheap. Or two sites for 25-33% of my budget, etc.

E.g. If you have $10k, buy a verified site that makes $300/mo for $5k, you can pay $500 for pros to bump up the attractiveness/interface/ads/SEO and you'll have doubled...tripled...quadrupled the site's monthly earnings, and you won't have paid $20k for it. Then you'll have $4.5k as a buffer so you're not worrying about some dips here and there, and you can keep feeding money into buffing up the site until you're checking in on your site's team from your yacht. Or luxury treehouse. Or whatevs.

I've had some success on Flippa in a general sense, and found it generally easier to get things pushed and sold on it compared to some other things.

Trademysite is a new platform for business owners to sell their sites, but being new doesn’t mean that they don’t know what they’re doing. They are quite professional and the platform is a really excellent one.
