I need help with my Instagram account. I do follow random people about 100 daily. But now when I want to do so, I see the below message from instagram:

This action was blocked. Please try again later. We restrict certain contents and actions to protect our community. Tell us if you think we made a mistake.

Is there a way to solve this problem?

Two things:

1. You need to start slow if it's a new account. Follow at most about 5 people at a time and wait 15-20 minutes. Then the next day do 6 at a time, then 7, and after a couple weeks you can do 20 actions at a time, and 100-200 per day.

2. Don't rapidly click the follow button if you're doing it from the suggested page. Go to the profile manually to follow them, or if you do it from the suggested page do it slowly.

If i follow 5 people at a time and then i wait for 20 minutes, I can follow another 5 people each 20 minutes till it gets to 50 persons daily?

No. You can follow between 8 and 14 people in one hour. You can follow up to 150 in a day, but you can't do it all at once, keep the hourly maximum in mind. Keep also in mind that new accounts can't do too many actions per hour and per day, so don't over do it. I wouldn't try to follow more than 100 in a day with a new account.
Make sure to perform different actions, so Instagram won't think you're a bot or a spammer. Follow someone, maybe watch their Story before you move on to the next person you want to follow, then like one or two of their photos, and so on.
Again, keep in mind that the number of actions (visiting profiles, liking, commenting, following) is very limited for new accounts.

Don't forget that these aren't fixed numbers. There's no guarantee that you'll be able to follow a certain amount of people per hour. Take it slow, mix it up and don't let your actions seem automated.
