if I go to those websites where you can buy bitcoin with your credit card, and then use that bought bitcoin to pay the seller, would the bitcoin be traceable to me? are bitcoins unique, or they all look the same, with no identifying information attached to them?

Well you can do something like that to hide your trace, with litecoin or etherium.
Bitcoin its by nature really hard to trace, it depends on your tecniche.

If you aren't doing anything illegal, the cvs security footage is unable to be used to trace you.
