Full anonymous privacy?

Hi, wanted to get some tips -

1. windows is a spyware and no matter how many privacy tweaking softwares like Shutup10 we use, it will telemetry things, right? So not full privacy protection. Is Linux bulletproof from this privacy thing?

2. I don't want google or facebook to know my IP when I log into their site or when I use their advertisement feature. When I use facebook ads or google ads, I don't want them to know my fingerprint or my IP in any way. Multilogin app is pricey and is sock5 proxy is the only way to go?

3. And do you think nord vpn's zero log thing actually works while completely hiding IP for regular browsing and daily activities?

1. Most linux distributions don't have any concept of "telemetry" as the OS, Ubuntu may have had some history, but you can look up the many other open source distros available.

Only one is necessary, none of those websites do anything complicated to track you, you could disable ads and analytics on every website, and really as long as you're behind a VPN it doesn't matter. The point is that browser tracking is really not that relevant, analytics help google & facebook build a log on you, so as long as you use them, it's very hard to avoid being "targetted". You will get targetted ads based on page likes, clicks, views, videos, photos, and almost every action you do on facebook. Same thing for your google search, e-mail keywords, android apps, etc...

If you don't want them to know who you are, the only solution is to not use any of their services. Or at least, use all their services behind a fake persona.

1. Linux does a pretty good job. way better than windows. You can customize linux to suit your privacy needs. You can find many videos about that on youtube.

2. Socks isn't the only way, but socks do get the job done.

Use Tails OS usb booted and learn about onion browsing with tor + raspberry working like a middle router (like a vpn thing but better)

Connection example:
Your pc (tails OS --» tor browser --» Connected through ethernet to raspberry py --» and finally raspberry connected to a wifi network, do not use your own house internet/wifi, if you live in a city try self service laundries free wifi and coffee's but careful not all are safe)

Your laptop must be prepared.
Cut wifi receptor, bluetooth receptor, microfone, webcam (do not just disable them, cut them off the laptop) * attencion only the raspberry have wifi reception

And search a little bit more about being anon.

Fake persona is alright but I want to use FB and google as well as fb ads and google ads and do NOT want them to know about my IP, mac address (dont know if they can or not), my fingerprint in anyway whatsover. How to do?

You seem to know what you are doing.

But tor and brave have some inbuilt script blockers or something that when anyone logs into fb, they have a chance of triggering constant account verification and I faced the same thing and it puts acc at risk.

So tails os is safe more, can we use firefox or any other browser?

And wait, fb and google spies and sees via webcam and microphone even if they are disabled from windows settings? How to physically cut them off lol?

Have a look at Whonix, used it over the years, the entire OS is firewalled so that there is no leak, all network connections Torrified, best it works with virtualbox.

In case of VPN I can suggest Mullvad, have a look at their privacy policy, no single vpn comes even close. They don't log period.

For more paranoia, use openvpn through Whonix, so that the connection essentially becomes You > Tor > VPN > Outside internet

Better focus on making the money rather than privacy - no one going to blackmail you for your data.

If you need privacy - don't use electronics; as simple as that. Devices need data to run - and if you connect to the internet - there is someone who needs to keep the data. Governments know everything - otherwise, the same tactics could be used by criminals.

And no, I'm not saying "Governments do surveillance - because they can catch criminals"; too much surveillance - it's bad.

But there is no chance we can get out of this loop - e.g. most of processers and machines have an inbuilt chip that can collect and send data - without even a harddisk...

Everything can be intercepted however everything can be prepared to be encrypted.

Imagine the binary code its 0's and 1's, even the laptop fan haves different stress processing 0's and 1's so in theory You can track data without internet connection BUT if modified it can stay untraceable.
Think about it.

And yes if well prepared you can stay anonymous.

How many things they're trying to change to respect privacy - and we still can't be sure that it's 100% privacy-focused.

Government and agencies got money, power/man+power, and authority - they can do whatever they want.

So focus on making money and enjoy what you have.

or get a vpn so you don't get too much targeted ads.

1. Most Linux distros made for desktop use are up to snuff with regards to privacy, moreso than Windows 10, as you mentioned. There are privacy-centric distros, such as Tails, but you'll be safe with more traditional flavors of Linux. Remember to encrypt your HDDs if you're using Windows.

2. Pretty much every solid method of obfuscating your digital footprint requires money. You'll be safe if you route your traffic through multiple VPNs, for example, as long as your method of payment is untraceable.

1. Windows = Yes, no matter what you do unless you go really way beyond publicly available soft & howtos but it not worth it IMHO. Linux = it's matter of configuration and usage habits.

2. You need Qubes OS (Xen) or some other form of HW virtualization, but then again, javascript will leak your real IP at some point. With G and FB it's really hard do achieve but not impossible!

3. You need a chain of VPN's some of them should be your own. And please don't even consider no logs policy, it's irrelevant, all traffic is transparent at datacenter level.
