Need advice about my potential 1st client.

I email a lot of dentists that I prepared a 5-minute video of their website's where I discuss the things that needed improvement and redesign. The video I offered is free of charge.

So 1 replied and ask for the video.

I made a 21 minute video and said that I can't help but discuss more necessary points for the website's improvement.

Now I sent the video then she ask for the price.

I am thinking to charge $400, if she negotiates, I can reduce it to $300.

Also, she asked if I made previous websites for different dentists if I can send the link to her. (I mentioned for my first email that I am making websites for Top Dentists in our area)

I don't want to screw this Haha can you please help me what to respond.

If I land this client, I think I can change my game now.

I can feel the pressure from my parents to apply for a job, but damn I hate the rat race and earning a fix rate.

Have you done other work for other people in the past? You can come clean and quickly transition to showing your other work. That’s what I would do because if you can’t hook this one, it won’t be the last so don’t feel rushed or dire - it won’t do you any favors

So you have claimed to be doing something you haven't done and have potentially been outed from the get go.

Easiest way on this occasion is to say you signed NDA and can't reveal clients' sites.

Then stop telling lies moving forward.

To be honest, no. I haven't done any work from other people before.

But I have made two websites but as subdomains of my own website.

What do you think? Should I shoe her the websites I made under my subdomain?

I believe you made the mistake of making a 21 mins video when you said, that you've made a 5 min video. Now, the client might negotiate hard. The best thing you can do is be truthful and ask them to give you a chance doesn't matter if they pay you what you asked for, or half of that. In my experience, if a client sees value in you they will come back for more.
On the side note, if this is your first client then give them some kind of offer, and be truthful about the process of how you're helping them achieve clients etc.

yeah that’s the way forward but wait for a couple more replies before you act unless its been days, she might think you’re trying to pull a fast one on her

Yeah , and I felt bad about the lying part.

What exactly does NDA stands for?

I assume its kind of a contract for confidentiality purposes?

What I am thinking now is to said that I can't show all of my clients' finished websites because I have signed NDA (not still sure what this means).

Instead, I will show my two finished websites from my subdomains and tell that some of my clients websites are almost the same with that

NDA = Non Disclosure Agreement = so it means you cannot reveal clients details/sites etc.
