WOW! That's loud and could be moral shattering. Get a new adsense account as this might be hard to reverse or take a long time even if possible. Or switch network immediately: say Mediavine or Adthrive. Don't sleep on this bicycle bro. Keep peddling!

Quick update:
I now use Propellerads and earn about 30€ a day.
The last month I have tried finding a direct carrier billing network and found one that fits my needs. I will integrate dcb for premium accounts and hope that it will raise the revenue.
