Unknown Domains Linking to my website

i opened webmaster tools to discover unknown domains linking to me. And whats worse is these websites seem not to be live. How did google index them?

I haven't taken any action so far, but i feel disavowing the links would be the proper thing to do.

I need some suggestions.

these are the domains in question:
chessjamaica.org
manfaatbuahkurma.com
stonekiller.info
musicactn.info

If domains are dead, link should disappear eventually.
It’s good to disavow them to do not risk lower rankings anyway

I have just discovered these are image scraping sites and they are hotlinking my images. What do i do to stop this? has anyone experienced this before?

Sure.
Log in into the panel, go to the Security tab and there's an icon with a padlock named "Hotlink protection".
