Do I need a Social Security Number if I want to verify my US paypal by using an US VCC. Is it really possible to verify an US paypal using an US VCC. I read in a forum; US VCC only increases the limit of the account, can not verify it. I will need Social Security Number to do it.

I am not from US. Want to create a paypal and planning to verify it using US VCC and Virtual Bank Account. Is it really possible? If Social Sequrity Number needed is there any way to get it like a VCC and Virtual Bank Account?

US PayPal's can only be VERIFIED by attaching a bank account to them. Attaching a credit card, or virtual credit card (VCC), will lift the sending and receiving limits though. This is not the same as becoming verified, however.

Certain country PayPal's, such as Indian ones, CAN be verified without a bank account. All that is required to verify these PayPal's is a credit card or VCC.

Can I verify an US paypal using Virtual Bank Account. I found a site who r selling Virtual Bank Account and VCC. Does a Virtual Bank Account really works when the concern is verifying paypal?

Here's a hint...as long as you can get the Deposit amounts they send to your account...as long as the Virtual Account has a direct deposit feature....then you can verify the PP acct.

I would highly appreciate the same.I am not from the us and I verified with a payoneer debit card. I am able to send payments but I can't receive.

Now after all these days I have learnt something about US paypal, US paypal can only by using an US bank account,there is some other methods to like payoneer debit card but those doesnt work 100%. VCC will only lift your spending limits and will give you the freedom to shop online. You can get a Virtual Bank Account to verified your US paypal but you wont be able to withdraw money by using the bank account. It will only be active for 24 hours, you also can use this Virtual Bank Account to verify instantly by using the username and pass supplied by the account provider to login and do the verification instantly.

You will need an US proxy if you don't live in the US.

But there always will be risk of getting the pay pal limited,and you should have to use your Photoshop skills or others when you will be limited. You can get a sample bank account statement, CC statement and can use Photoshop to modify those with your pay pal info.

what about SSN? is SSN a compulsory one for USA paypal? Otherwise I know methods to open it by a USA VPN , USA mail forward address and USA virtual bank account. Please tell me about this SSN issue.

There is a service in BST by second eye selling Verifed accounts. You should try that out.

In my opinion a US PayPal account is not worth much since your always going to
have the Social Security issue haunting you and the IRS just waiting to jump on you.
Anyone making a US PayPal account fully verified with a SSN to make me suspicious.

A SSN# is nothing to play with.
