Need captain: looking for residential proxy service

Hello,
I am looking for a residential proxy service, which can provide:
1. Geo targeting (country level) through API;
2. Rotate IP randomly within the specific country for every request, no need to wait for 5 mins or more for auto refresh;
3. A large IP pool;
4. Unlimited bandwidth, thread limitation is acceptable.

By far I have used luminati and smartproxy, both of them can do 1, 2, 3, but not 4. The traffic limitation is a big problem for me.

Can anybody help?

Would residential proxies and 4G proxies be different than what I'm looking for to use with scrapebox for example? Thanks!

Scraping for emails of merchants. I would eventually like to figure out how to make it fill out the Contact-Us forms as well.

Also, what's the best free tester for larger lists of proxies in your opinion? I've been using ScrapeBox to do it thus far. I was going to get Bleach but I saw you mention it on another post and said it wasn't very exact.

bleach is a very good proxy tester for anonymous
and transparent proxies, just add your own proxy judge
and your good to go

Thank you for the info. I've gone through this list already before I asked. I can't find anything meet my needs so I was asking for help.
