Business Accounts- they expect to see your source url links with all Pins.
Personal Accounts - they expect a diversity of source urls mixed in with your own....I would suggest that a max of 50% own urls.

So with my bussiness account its fine to put links in all pins?
Also does puting links affect impressions and reach that pins get?

Business accounts - yes, but diversify your links to multiple pages.
Impressions/reach not affected by links....MOST Pins go to external sites.

For the past two and a half years I have been putting links to my blogs in every pin on my business account. Never had any problems with getting marked as spam.
Like Kevin said, they expect to see legitimate links on business accounts.
I think users reporting your website plays a major role in getting marked as spam.

How many everyday you pin?
How to pin? Bot? Feed? or manual?
Does every pin links to the same website?

Today I'm updating all my bots, pin with link as low as <50%
Let see how they going in couple months.
