What's the best way to get traffic and sales without spending money first? (Facebook ads, Amazon pro seller account, amazon traffic).

I want to get one sale before the end of next week. I was thinking the best way would be to start an IG page related to the niche of the POD, and get followers and maybe get a sale there.

Are there any ways I'm missing, without spending money (want to get one sale before I spend money on ads etc), that would give me sales before the end of next week for my POD store?

You can also join facebook groups in your niche, and try to promote there.

Absolute no cost investment and want to get traffic now? Your best bet is to grab your phone with IG, find some targeted followers. And follow 150-200 a day. Do it on 5 accounts, or even more if you have several phones.
Within a week it could be possible you land a sale. You can try other traffic sources such as reddit, and facebook but it has a learning curve. If you want to do something now, you can try manually growing on instagram.

This isn't usually how things work and that is ecaxtly the reason why people fail at this. You aren't treating it as a real businesw as it seems.

Don't get me wrong, getting a sale with free traffic is possible of course, but spamming your products on groups will take more time than it should be.

Get a job. Save money. Invest in business.
