some of IPs could be at hosting companies before, but physically now they are residential and soon will be updating also in checkers. we not force anybody purchase before free test. everybody can test and decide how they suitable for their needs and then buy or not

nonetheless, cosmoproxy is one of much more profitable proxy providers, also if you compare with prices that they sell - pfff, no competitors for this quality for this price. using them 3 months and very happy, particularly after trying to use rsocks before (soon will post review on this "service"). also for TS - their scrappy service scrapping google with 100% results

Dispute the charge with your credit card company, there’s nothing cosmoproxy can do to prevent the charge from being reversed.
 
I have not been able to contact this company to purchase the service not listed on skype and the contact form does not seem to serve

they havnt posted on bhw since august not what ide call reliable
 
Ordered this morning and talked to the guy on skype ... 6 hours later my order is not processed and no news from them
Wish i saw this thread before.
 
i have no opinion of cosmo either way. but 6 hrs is nothing
remember time zones and country working times/
 
Paid yesterday morning ... still nothing .. guy never replies on skype
I wasted my money and i am pissed .. stay away from them

probably file refund to be safe

of course we refund^ servers working 99,9% time. sometimes we upgrade service and it can be unavailable, 5-10 min.

I have not been able to contact them personally to acquire the service by any means, I have written to the direct support on the web, to the email and to twitter and I have not received any answer from you, try and I like their service for free I want the payment but I have error in the process.
