Any Proof that Google Adwords Charge More If Content Is Copied?

Im trying to see if Google says anywhere that if someone who is advertising on Google Adwords with copied content on their Landing Page will be charged more?

I don't think there is any metrics to gauge that. Google AdWords is charged based on keywords mostly.

Bids are higher when the quality score is low but its not like if the content is copied you will be charged higher. It could possibly because of low quality score.

Never heard of anything like that before. But, if you copy content - just take the time to change it up to avoid any bad situation regardless.

From what I gather AdWords just bans your account if you're caught making a direct rip of another lander.
