My account suspended and i sent appeal form ,normally reply was coming in 1-2 days. but now 11 days no reply my appeal. What is the problem.?? Why dont reply my appeal form ? What's happening on Google? Normally a positive or negative reply was coming within 1-2 days. Why prolonged like this?

it seems that this is not your first offense; maybe that is why google has just put you on ignore list
have you submitted any appeal forms in the last 3 weeks?

Their customer service is useless, i have numerous examples to give. Also i have received successful appeal responses on some accounts that already spent thresholds 3-4 weeks ago. So its definitely some messy update or they just delay on purpose on new account appeals.

When communicating with Google you should be as formal and friendly as possible. If you write them something like "Why you banned my account pls unban it soon" they will reject you any time.

Its far from that. U can be as polite and formal as possible it means nothing. They don´t even read the explanation u write there (i have tried multiple times with texts that make no sense and they still reactivated, for example i took random amazon product reviews and pasted to appeal form and they reactivated). Also they have reactivated accounts with websites down which is another proof they don´t read or check things properly.

Oh really? In Google Germany I always have a real conversation with an actual human. Just few days ago I bought a "pure spam" domain and send an appeal for reconsideration. After two days a guy actually messaged me and asked me a few question, next day he just removed the penalty.
OK, but SEO and PPC are completely different things!

The answer comes very quick if card is dead
The answers comes from 72 hours if card is life
