i always went on PPL/DOI as it quick way to make money but once your not delivering what they wants..... there troubles comes up, Most of network will kick you off once no money is made from your traffic but Hold On, if you imagie how much they have earned with your leads you will be shocked. so best option if you have steady traffic go for revshare always if you wanna make money all time.

Regading mediabuy and paid traffic, my from experience it was really disappointing but i might be not professional enough to track and anaylse traffic which i was paying in the passed, I Just wanted to clarifiy that i tested most known networks but in vain, amounted i invested back those days was around 150/300usd. Probably with someone who s smart at making campaigns will do better but i doubte. Like i statued before HIGHEST PAYING COUNTRIES ARE AFEW AND THIER PAYOUT USUALY Depend on your traffic performance, if Your know Quality of your Traffic you can ask for price which please you otherwise you get private deal. i am currently looking for alternative methods to drive traffic but it seems not getting much through social media....even with bots shit happene so fast, Based on My recent converastion with managers of those Networks BIG PLAYERS Are using thier TUBE SITES Or ADULT Sites beside BIG GUYS Who s Buying Large amount of TRAFFIC and COLLECT Data and forword to offers to cover off expenses of ads, ANYWAY We can discuss more in details if you want.

During campaign optimization, I usually uses the 1% rule. If I don't see a conversion after 100 traffic, I will blacklist that zone.
After blacklisting around 50 zones or publisher ID, I will get a feel if a campaign is possible to get profit. If zero conversion after 50 zones blacklisted, I will kill that offer. I usually start off by bidding slightly above the min. This is different from what Traffic network preaches. Traffic network always want you to bid higher to get so call quality traffic. My question to them is this, if the traffic are real and none of them are targeted, the traffic should also convert even at the lowest bid. So i don't buy in their idea of out bidding in order to get traffic that converts DURING optimization process. Obviously once you have optimized the campaign, it is time to bid high to get traffic. If you adopt a systematic approach to campaign optimization, most of the time you won't be spending more than $10 for each campaign to identify potential offer.

For push campaign, it is very tricky as the traffic quality is the same as email spamming or sms spamming. I tend to use this traffic sparingly but there is a lot of potential due to cheap large volume of traffic. The trick here is to get higher CTR. At the moment I can see only up to 1.5% CTR. Nothing higher that I have ever managed to get. If you look at the cost per CPM. It cost $0.07 at the low bid to get traffic from Tier 1 country like USA. Actual bid rate will depend upon the CTR if you are paying CPC bid mode. I usually stick with CPM and target the RON traffic. With such cheap rate I can do many things with it if I can simply get more people to click the ads and visit through.

B- USUALY Traffic depend on network itself, if NETWORK Has HIGH Quality tubes or BLogs or Sex sites You can filtre and choisse best onces.....
C- Bidding is Game, guys who s dominanting platform and best part of traffic will take it all as they will leave you no chance to bid and if they do you will make very little, if i remember well those had had happene to me with FactoryTraffic who run xvideos as i was bidding on European countries and i was not showing in ads and when i contacted webmaster i was told my bid is too low ...... That s why i failed at this game and i don t spend any more penny in paid traffic but i might learn from you if you managed to earn more then what you spend that i can admit your doing well and you can make it.

b- Instead of high quality, I am more focused on look at visitors who are real human. Remember the network will rarely show the website unless they have ownership on it. So I would rather focus on area that i can be in control. Traffic network always want advertiser to pay more. I am not against bidding on the high end but I would only personally do so if I have already identified the profitable zone ID. For offer testing and campaign optimization initial process, I will only bid the bare min required to get traffic and increase the bid along the way to get more traffic. I do have a bottomline for bidding. If the cost of advertising gets too high and I can recognize the site as source of traffic, I will employ botting to totally bypass paying for ad cost. Yah, the usual spamming using blackhat tricks.I am a bit of in between for blackhat and whitehat methods. In your case, xvideo.. hmm.. I will setup a retargeting pixel for a paid campaign on xvideo (not for profit but data gathering) then advertise on other platform with the captured data that are cheaper for me to advertise on. Not sure if this could potentially work out for you?

Push traffic I do have conversion for web cam and adult dating offer. But it is not profitable as it takes too much volume to get conversion and the ROI is not there. So my biggest issue lies with increasing the CTR to get more traffic.

2- Regarding botting to passby paying for ad cost is something i am not aware of, this must be an interesting tactic of blackhat tricks,i would like to clarifiy more if possible if you allow it of course .... at this point i can tell your advance at advertisting mediabuy which is good, lilke i explained before i was last in list of bidding when it comes to high searched keywords and it was not possible to stand against them or in bettwen but to be honest i couldn t understand fact of your ability to setup a retargeting pixel for a paid campaign on xvideo (not for profit but data gathering)then advertise on other platform with the captured data that are cheaper for me to advertise on. Not sure if this could potentially work out for you?

A - I agree with you that 1,000 visitors seem more realistic but in my setup, I have deliberately setup with a stricter rule because I do not want to spend too big a sum on testing stage. Seems we are talking about tier 1 traffic, let me quote you an example, USA. The CPM rate can be as high as $10 or more.
The payout for the offer is usually between $1.8 - $5.50 for a DOI dating offer. This means that out of 1,000 visitors we need about $10 spent before we can make a decision whether to blacklist that Pub ID. If we blacklist 50 zones, this will mean $500 as testing budget to be spend. After spending $500, I might come to a conclusion that the offer is dead. So this means $500 gone just like that. I honestly cannot justify such spending. This is why I uses the 100 visitors approach.

B - Quality of traffic is something that cannot be outrightly measured and to make it worse. Traffic network tends to use that as an excuse to make their job easier. What is their job here? To make as much money as possible. Thus it is essential to make sure that we can control this aspect and bid according to our ROI. Going direct is good but network can be useful as well since they have a larger traffic inventory for me to test on.

What I am saying about collecting data is this.

1st Pop network - > I pay a premium for push ad traffic for dating offer, maybe bidding at the top bid range. On the landing page I will insert retargeting pixel from propellerads (using this as an example) by creating a custom audience (some people uses facebook instead).

Next I will then promote different dating products using these collected audiences to boost my ROI. As these audiences are small in size and highly targeted, I can bid even $20 CPM to get traffic and yet still achieve saving in terms of ad cost. This is just one simple example of using retargeting.


C. Push ads can convert but the conversion rate is very bad. Similar to email spamming. But I guess this is because of the ad creative that I am using which can be misleading for dating offer. In terms of improving CTR, I am at a loss. Which is why I came on to this forum to see if I can find like minded person where we can bounce off potential ideas to get this channel of traffic to work out.
