Use Facebook Audience Insights to target people with Depression, since they have a higher likelihood to be influenced by external ideation. Market to them at their weak points like high stress times birthdays, job changes etc also at night.

As for as the darkest way to make money online? Perhaps becoming a person of lies and deception, pushing people into something they can't afford or have a vice with. Online gambling will get you there.
