So yeah, I ordered the 30 package not expecting much ranking improvements as I had seen some pretty nasty decreases in rankings late september/early october. Went to about 1/7 of my usual traffic. I then bought this package about a month ago, as I wanted to at least get the rankings stable, if not improve them, again. I started seeing movements about a week ago. And they were good. Finally, my rankings started improving again and he just delivered the report today.

As he just delivered the report today, it is still in the early days of the progress, but I believe I will see even better results, so thanks for that @hardcorebiker .
Looked at the report as well. The report, understandably enough due to the nature of the service, does not contain links to the PBNs. However, the report contains pictures, which showcase the quality/layout of them, and I got to say - it is not your regular cheap PBNs. They looked very nice with multiple pages, images etc to make them look like real sites, and they did indeed. And oh damn, the metrics. For the price, they are really fucking amazing:

That should equate to some pretty badass homepage power directly to my website. Can definitely recommend this service.
