Hi

I have been researching on how to send bulk cold emails to scraped addresses.

I have decided upon the following setup to start - Amazon SES, Sendy and 1 dedicated IP.

I plan to warm the IP up and not use spam filter words, will use spintax & custom insert fields so each email is unique etc to prevent going to the spam folder.

I was just wandering if you guys send links on the initial email or do you wait until you get a response than sell?

Also are there any magic numbers you can help out with to ensure I hit the inbox. For example how many emails do you send every 24 hours per domain?

You need to first clean the list, to make sure the emails you have scraped actually work. If too many bounce then your account will be banned for spam.

If you are using your own domain / IP you will also need to warm it up first.

This guy says it all. Also filter most popular email extensions like Gmail, yahoo & use them while you plan to warm up.

The site you mentioned is bullshit. I tried multiple times. simply doesnt work. at least the free 1000 per day is fake.

I dont know guys, it works for me, thats why I mentioned it.
About 1000 free - this is a bonus for paid users, I personally use it, so this is not a bullshit.
For free users there is 100 free email validations.

I typically do not send more than 1 email in 48 hours. Don't be that desperate. Your ideal client will unsubscribe.
If you have server knowledge, get a cheap vps, warm it up gradually and bulk send that intro campaign.
No links, plain text, just simple intro about your business. ramp up your server sending x1.5/hour everyday and send next campaign with info content 48hrs+ later. another 48hrs and you can introduce links in the third campaign > maximum delivery, clean list and best to segment out emails that haven't opened previous 2 campaigns, and gmail (f**k gmai, maybe hotmail and yahoo in there too).

Hi, we all knows there are services which pretend that they will clean the email lists but either they are not working properly or they are very expansive. Simple solution, take a few ips bulletproof server (that we provide), run a campaign on full list for a month, what it did, it clean all Hard bounce, now you have clean lists that can be used with Amazon SES.

Emails is more about quality, not quantity. You can have a list of thousands but just few of them will be alive.
I would first figure out how to clean my list, than how to configure an SMTP server for mailing, then how to warm up a server.

Start slow and warm it up. Like VERY slow.
I would also track opens and remove people who don't open ANY of first couple emails.
