Keywords stuck on page 2 in google

hi, imo you should try focusing first on your on-page before you go with off-page.

analyze your top 10 competitors and check what they have and improve yours. maybe some loads faster, some have longer content, some do not do kw stuffing, etc. they key is you need to be better than theirs.

once you have done your edit, submit it in console for re-indexing.

EDIT : seems your problem is in re-indexing, what i notice on my own site is that when i re-submitted it a couple of times on the same day, Google seems to get slower and slower to re-index it. so i suggest that you should not submit the same url on the same day (maybe after 2-3 days).

Try writing supporting articles on your website and link back to your page.

I recently used this bulkaddurl tool for manual fast indexing, which is often indexed by Google for 1-5 hours! With such a fast indexing speed, I am worried about its security issues? Don't know if using this tool will be punished by Google? Looking forward to your suggestions!

If you're stuck in page 2, it's most likely a on page issue. Increase your keyword density, make sure your keyword is in the first paragraph (rewrite the first paragraph to satisfy the search intent if possible) and remove the meta description. Then refetch and see if it helps.

Update:
I wrote 4 articles for keywords. After being indexed by Google index for 5 days, now I have a main keyword to enter page 1! LOL
PS: The keyword to high competitiveness!
