Film Digitization in Moscow

Hello all,

I know there are a ton of smart and connected people here so this is a hail mary... I work for a record label and we have a music video being shot in Moscow, Russia next week. We want to get the film digitized asap. Anyone know where I might look for this. I have scraped google, fiverr, and upwork to no avail.

All I was told was that we need to transfer film to digital 16mm and super 8 film in Moscow. We are based in Los Angeles but need this sorted there apparently. Thanks so much! Awaiting your answer.
