is this way still possible?
what about paxful ? is there any requirement like kyc?
I have driver license only
any experiencing the same issue like mine?

It's so risky to sell btc for paypal. Buyers can file a claim with PP to get the money back.

try localbitcoin

sometimes they leave info like whatsapp or social apps number so you can meet up directly with the person face to face

last tip if you're not gonna meet him up face to face try to check for the good ratings/reviews

Do they have good reviews? Anyway is better to start from small amount

yes been using localbitcoin for a long time, there are still scammers out there just need to check their trust/feedbacks and comments on their profile.

(not recommend btc to Paypal) paypal have a lot of problem just go directly for cash/etransfert or banking

if you sell on localbitcoins to verified sellers with a shitload of reviews and reputation there is no way they'll scam you, it wont be worth it for small sums and ruining their 5 year old accounts

I also selling my btc to PayPal with 10% Rate but you really need to take care with scamming. Try to search exchanger who are doing it longer then a few weeks

Both paxful, xcoins, and localbitcoins requires a mean of identification to use their service and driver's license will do just fine.
