adsterra alternatives ?

Is there any good adsterra alternative, they have great CPM on display banners but they have started injecting malware ads for mobile users. What are the other good networks for display banners ( CPM ) that do not require to much traffic to get accepted.

(other big ones also )
adblade am still in but they only have native which is CPC there not cpm

Please do not say popads, propellerads and similar as none of them have CPM based banners

I did the research and did not found anything good, so if anyone know some good network from their experience let me know

Never ever use ads terra on your legit sites. They will show all kind of crap in your site including porn ads and redirects. Their banners redirect as well. Shady company.
Try Newor Media. CPM network with header bidding. Very good network.

They will accept you if you have more then 20K unique users per month and if you have more then 40% US traffic. They use header bidding by default and ADX. I use them for one my sites and have a really good cpm for tier 1 countries.
