Where to find/buy dead email lists

I have an email list of x people that I want to send an review invite to. However, if i send the invites to just that list and all respond, it will be flagged.

I want to add the current list to a larger list of "dead emails". Email addresses that are either going to be ignore or never open the email I send.

Any ideas on where to find/buy such a list?

You can easily build one using a catch-all domain.

Create catch all domain for example.com and then download a list of 1 million popular names. Create a python script to to generate [email protected]

Thanks for the response. In this case, I am sending the review invites through a third party. I imagine sending them all to the same @emaildomain.com will also raise flags. Looking for the list to be random

Get a list of expired domains, and generate emails on them. info@, contact@, john@, etc.

You'll need to invest in tons of domains then. No other way unless you wanna spam real random addresses that'll flag you anyway.

You could just but a bunch of email accounts. Gmail, yahoo, hotmail, etc. There are plenty of sellers in the marketplace.

Edit: Just realized you need a list of inactive emails. If you're creative enough, you could find inactive/non-responsive users from those lists, but it would probably be time-consuming.
