You should always reboot only if you are managing multiple profiles with that proxy. and never open more than 1 profile at once with same proxy on both those profiles.
Yes I have multiple mobile proxies since I have to use few of the profiles concurrently.

I do not match the city/state, just a new IP does the trick & Multilogin just keeps them separate from each other.

I did 6 account last week, i’m using Kameleo instead of Multilogin but on 4 account FB asked me for confirmation via cellphone, don’t know What im doing wrong, i create a new profile via Kameleo using a 4G proxy (each time a different one) then add a profile pic made by thispersondoesntexist.com and wait for some friends request but they keep making things difficult, i really can’t understand What im doing wrong, probably i should add a cellphone Number to each account ? Any Help would be really appreciated but i dont want To take advantage of your kindess

Yes you need a cell number for each profile. THings have gone difficult. We have to invest money to stay in-game now. I have a dedicated excel for all this stuff to arrange the number to which profile and all the important stuff like birthdate, name on profile.

Today i added a cellphone number of a previously closed account and they asked me for a selfie, that after i sent a friend request.

I'll try to signup new accounts via cellphone number instead of email and then later add an email to each account, that's the only thing i never tried to do.

I don't have problem to find new sim for each account (i pay them 10€ here), hope i'll solve it, i thought to solve those kind of problems through Kameleo and 4G proxies but blocks continue to arrive, maybe because i didn't add a cellphone to those new accounts ( except the one i'm talking above).

I use Multilogin with 4G proxies, works like a charm. You have to get multiple bank cards. No other way. I am into whitehat stuff but fb acts weird on some accounts so its good to have back up.

I use credit card. I think the country matters a lot in case of billing address. I use Indian CC and it works with any address

I am using an account from my friend who are living in another state of my country (more than 1000km away), he never use pc to access his fb account, how can i use it with multilogin? Can i use a rotating residential proxy and use multilogin windows, will fb suspect?

I think yes. just go slow with ads, setup one campaign only on the first day and couple of adsets and let it run for 2-3 days while slowly adding more ads.
