I'm not sure what you are actually wanting to sell ( once you upgrade ).

Is it a platform similar to Uber Eats or are you wanting to sell food here or are you wanting to offer vouchers?

Irrespective, you'll need to upgrade and then submit a BST to see if it is suitable to be approved.
