Hi guys. I just made a twitter profile for my blog. How it this platform works? More specifically, when I post in my twitter home a link to one of my articles; what should I do to reach the audience? hashtag, paid influencer or how?

Concentrate of making a good profile and then get followers. Organic real followers.

So sending traffic from blog to twitter. How about asking another twitter with let s say 100k followers to post one of my articles on his profile with twit this guy at the end.. like on instagram. Is it working in this way?

At least yes, but it will cost money and you don't get so many visitors that would make it profitable.
Better is pay for promote your Twitter itself.

Pissing off a guy with a Lamborghini in his garage is good too. Other than the follow/unfollow method targeting people within your niche, posting really dumb tweets and getting them embedded on some news site has also worked well for me in the past.

Quality is most important though. Always try to post content that keeps your followers engaged, and stuff that also keeps the non-followers intrigued.

You can't do this regularly, it will cost you a lot and that is the reason its not worth, better start growing your account and then do it yourself.

You won’t get much traffic until you build a decent following. So, start following people that might be interested in what you have to offer. Also, you should post regularly (3–5 times a day) and create various types of tweets to see what works best for your audience — plain text, images, links, etc. In addition, create tweets that your followers will find interesting or funny, don’t just promote your content. Of course, do a hashtag research and use proper hashtags. Joining Twitter chats and group chats will help a lot.
But what I found to be the most important on Twitter is to be friendly and be yourself. Talk to people, comment on their tweets, and get to know them.
