Tbh you'll just run into a lot of issues when doing all that free stuff. Theres a lot of public and easy websites that sell brand new $60 games for like $20. They sell the codes
you said it all mateIt is possible, but it’s not worth it.
Firstly, you will need to "JAILBREAK" your console and this process is very tedious and not worth your time.
Second, because most of games are constantly updated or have some online capability your “efforts” can be patched very easily.
Thirdly, Sony isn’t hesitant to ban consoles for major violations of their service agreements. Which includes things like pirating games and buying pirated PSN accounts with games.
Overall it’s not a good idea to install pirated games on PS4, you’ll waste a lot of time and possible your console.

I received a Ps4 for free a while ago.
Do you know any torrent website where I can download ps4 games for free?
I'm not really into gaming, I don't spend $$ on something I'm not really into.
And honestly I don't buy anything when I can find it elsewhere for free unless I received so much value already.
It isn't Windows...I'm sure you can find cheap games on DVD too, if games are a few years old.I thought it's download, crack and play, but it sounds like Sony knows what it's doing.

Bit more to be said for jailbreaking a PS4. It can be advantageous. It's now late 2021, we have a "normal" PS4 in the family room and I've had an unused PS 4 laying around in the shed looking for something to do.you said it all mate![]()

After writing that I discovered the Mira jailbreak isn't permanent. So you get out of jail only to wake up the next day back in your cell. I don't call that a jailbreak, it's day leave. The authors never called it a CFW, I just assumed it was. As I was after convenience not free games and would have to rely on someone, somewhere hosting the exploit (or hosting it locally) I have decided to let this one go. Not worth it as others here said and I agree, if for different reasons.Bit more to be said for jailbreaking a PS4. It can be advantageous. Package up already owned games, stick em on an external hard disk - no more DVDs at all and digital storage craps over DVD storage for long term security. That's a given. Long term in console years means until the next u-beaut PS model I guess. Devs have definitely made their money from us here with over 40 PS4 retail boxed games, plus the digital copies sitting on its hard drive.
I want to convert some of them and run them directly from HDD just like I did with the Wii (we still use btw). Jailbreaked the PS4 late last night and fellas it wasn't "tedious" at all. Took all of 5 minutes and perfectly safe, just a bit more time reading about what to do; the advantages and disadvantages.
The reason some may want to jb is to save money. Cheapskates and kids with empty pockets mostly I reckon. I figure saving a few dollars would be difficult; mostly too big to download unless you have friends willing to pass over their already PKG''d games. That's piracy, a pastime I do not subscribe to.
This one will never see the internet or game servers. Now its jailbroken I can put some older retro games on the PS4 apparently, making it much more likely to be used by me. For me that's the big draw for jailbreaking.
Cheap games deals are great, getting better every day. More to put on the PS4 jailbroken or not but for me I sort of think I have enough for now.
