Outlook accounts (unblocking accounts)

Does anyone know how many times you can use 1 number to unblock accounts? You get a message that says like "suspicous activitiy" and then it asks you for a text message to a number.

5 times for one phone number. After that outlook will write you the alert. If you try one more time alert will disappear but sms won't send.
