So I have a website which makes for me $1,7k month on 100% Autopilot and have been done so for like a year and will do so for long time to come...
I spend ~$1k month and since that website is my only income I can't really save-up anything much :D

I have super awesome plans on what I want to launch and what should be 99% instant success from small-scale tests and similar stuff done before but to start this I need some cash with what to do that.
I got a buyer who's ready to buy my site for $15k at any time -so this would be the solution if I need cash for this kind of investments!

IF you were me would you Sell it and start the stuff what could bring in $10-$20k+ month instead and risk losing a stable income of 1.7k/month in case of something falls?
I think I'm being a pussy for still thinking about this - but what would you do if you were me? - To stay safe with low earnings what are enough for me at the moment or sell it and try to go big?

I'd probably ask for 20k+ and get a lot of stable streams of income going. Do not, I repeat, do not spend that money in anything that isn't 100% necessary. Do this and you'll be able to expand your operations :)

I would, you can put 5k away for living expense savings for the next 5 months. Then invest that
other 10k into your venture... or actually invest 7k into it and then the other 3k into something
a little smaller but more stable just in case. Also, make sure you seriously have planned out
every last thing for this site so you can get it finished and marketed ASAP.

That's a good idea, definitely ask for more first.

Sell it if you need money and you can duplicate it when need arises

I am in a similar boat although my site is earning nothing. (Buyers are interested in my domain)

Tell your buyer that you feel that your site is worth much more than $15k and contact other potential buyers. Ask him for $30k and try to settle for $20-$25k . Tell him that this site is your baby :p and you have grand plans (tell him the potential is huge)and since you are finding it difficult to allot time for this site you are willing to sell the site for the RIGHT price. You will never know what someone will offer for your site. You may be pleasantly surprised.

Money in your hand is always nice. The offer too looks good.

Sell it but for a higher price.

Only sell money trees, if you're going to invest the money in a BIGGER money tree.

But you better be sure about that second tree.

A bird in the hand is worth 2 in the air.

You're selling it against a very low price.

A company will look at how long it would take to return profit in thirty years.
Being that this is a unstable market i'd say negotiate a five year write off.
You could probably get 100k.

I also think you have a strange business ethic.

You sell whats making your money.
To start something that you're not certain will?

Thats like coca cola announcing tomorrow that you can buy there company for a nickel and dime, because there going to brew beer from now on.

Well I kind a know the buyer really well and have sold some another website to him before that and it would be pretty hard to find another buyer for the website I have since it's adult and made in a super-specific way and there are no signs that it could have any much success to someone looking just at it but since he knows what I have done we kind a both know that it have such an results.

and as for price I think it's OK , yeah could be higher but It's enough for me

And Yeah I really can't YET decide if it's worth to take a risk- cos from one side it really IS worth but from other side I'm a bit pussy :D

And yeah it is way bigger money tree but needs some funding -and Since I'm not the one who will go and take out loan for something if i dont want to wait several months to save-up for it this is the only chance :D

Hell, if your site is actually making $1,700.00 a month and have proof of income, I'll buy it for more than 15K :).

I know you probably won't trust me, I wouldn't trust me, and this a very generic request that I myself have seen many times, so I know how you feel.
My point: could you pm me the link to your site?
For sure I won't buy it, cuz I can't right now, but I would like to see what is making 1.7k.
I'm kinda new to the whole IM thing, so idk if this is bad practice to ask someone to see their url, heck I'd be uncertain to give it to a stranger...

He won't answer PMs ... a little strange but whatever.

Not bad practice but should probably be done in private (PM him). It's also obligatory to demonstrate proof of prior income. He either stepped away from his computer or has decided to only consider his original buyer.

Go away mr. 0 post

Sorry, got to start somewhere eh? Long time lurker, btw. I don't know what difference it would make regarding this regardless. It's not like I'm selling an e-book on how to make thousands a day ewhoring, I'm offering to buy the guys site if it's really making 1.7K a month...

Yeah depending on the past provable income and traffic vs recent stats its definitely worth more than 15k.. Little over 11% return per month.. as long as you aren't jumping ship from the sinking income its worth quite a bit more.

I would keep the income and get an investor for your new projects. Hit me up if you want, I'm in the mood to JV/invest in some solid projects.

autopilot+a history of stable income ?? well, that means you deserves more than 15 months income as the BIN.If you need money for investment and if you are very sure that ROI is going to be nice, then there is no harm in selling your site.
