I saw a lot of members discussing about shadowbanning, precisely I want to know what is it

It takes many forms but it ultimately means reducing your content's reach without you knowing about it

The best way to know if you've been shadowbanned is if you used to get traffic and now you get close to zero

Depends on the platform, it just means that you can see your own content, but others can't, that's how shadow banning works, you think your content is being seen and so you don't try opening another account, using a new ip or trying a another method to overcome the ban and start spamming again.

I can just expalin about Pinterest. If you shadowbanned you can't get any traffic or view for your pins. And you can't solve this

Depends on the platform and how badly you have been flagged. It could be hours, days or even months.
