So I got a FB page that is growing basically without any effort, fully organic. It's going slow, but still, every week 10-15 new members.

I'm now at 300 members, in the religion niche. Every post, like one every 2 weeks, gets a decent amount of engagement.

What are my next best moves? Can I start monetizing or is this way too early?

Are you suggesting FB Groups or FB Page?
Groups = member
Page = like

Bro 300 likes are nothing
You must work harder
Try posting 2-3 posts per day if you wanna grow
And share your post to fb groups with decent number of members (at least 30k)

i would but with your attitude i doubt he would even speak to you.

It's not the attitude, it's the common sense, something people tend to lose when they overdose on drugs, e.g. thinking that 300 likes is a big deal on FB.

I never said it was a big deal, I was just looking for the best next step. It's basically growing without any effort anyways

Let it grow & let's see where post stats could get to after a month or two. Too early for now.

Post good content make to to grow organic grow to some big numbers..

I suggest to increase engagements on your page/group first by posting 1-2 engaging posts per day. It's much more easier to grow your page/group if the engagement is high.
