I know there are ways to spend more than 500$ without getting billed in a new advert account. But can someone please explain me how to get that kind of threshold?

Nobody would or should disclose of a method to defraud Facebook in an open forum where Facebook is most definitely monitoring.

Btw if you have a rep you can get post-pay invoice accounts with as much as credit line as your credit report can justify. Coca-Cola, for example, could walk around and demand a 100 million dollar post-pay credit line from Facebook and get it instantly. Johnny from his basement in Nigeria, wont even get a response from a Facebook rep.
