Youtube MCNs and Monetization Questions

I wanna start a channel in the motivational niche, like BeInspired channel. Do these channels can be monetized in 2019? And do MCN networks still work? Meaning they will monetize your content with ads even tho you are not Youtube Monetized? Thanks in advance.

Yes you can start youtube with any niche.
As per youtube requirement, you need to cross 1000 subscribers and 4000 hour watchtime then you will qualify for monetization. If you go with any good mcn they start your monetization from 1st day after your agreement with the mcn

This is a good niche but the problem is a lot of the clips get claimed via ContentID so even if you're channel was monetized, the individual video revenues would be going to the copyright claimaints. Also, a few large channels in the niche were demonetized; I know one got it back but not sure about the others. Because the same clips are getting reused by a tonne of channels over and over again and everyone is making very similar videos it's not a great niche to get in to if you're planning on making money with YouTube monetization.

I was thinking of doing just the voice and adding random multiple few sec clips over the motivational speaker's voice. Not really stealing them from youtube but from some other video stream platforms like vimeo and others. Do you think that might work?

Try to use 70% with your original content video audio.
Do it with your video and audio,not only with audio and some random downloaded clips images. Come up with your face

Yes u can but you need to upload original content voice and face included youtube is shit nowadays even mcn they rip people off big time so if u goy original content its better when u go with adsense buy you have to be very careful with the rules bro so i hope u get alongs with this

Most of the time they would pay your very less simply bc :
45% of revenue are taken by yt.
25 or so are taken by mcn.
Do the math now.

Yea, the thing is, in this niche, you can't have original content, at least in the voice. If I want to make motivational videos I need to use motivational speakers like Gary Vee, Grant Cardone, Tony Robbins.

I tried the MCN way with my channel and they messaged saying I have to be monetised with YouTube first before they could accept me

At present, Youtube Monetize is very difficult. but if you qualify there rules and regulations, Then it will possible to get MCNS and Monetization.

1) first u need to accepted by youtube partner program then only mcn's accept u ofc we have to pass that 1000 subs 4000 hours watch time first
2) better to give voice overs not just slide show this will prevent from latest demonetization issues like

3)use royality free music like epidemic sound or uzermusic monthly around 15$, and use royality free stock video clips like videoblocks ($199 Annually)
4) make the project plan with deadline and goals and upload then 20 videos by end of 2019 etc maintian quality
5) if i follow all these i just simply stick with google adsense partner program i dont need to join mcns to cut my revenue share around at 90-10 split & paypal fees cut etc, stright google deposit to bank account
