Tool for identifying who isn't following you back

I'm sure there are several tools for this, but I didn't find anything when searching.

I'm experimenting with manual F/UF, and am looking for a tool that will help me identify who to unfollow.

With this tool, I want to export the list of my followers, and the list of who I am following so that I can compare them, then identify who isn't following me back.

Am I correct in assuming that this is how most people do it? If not, what other methods are used?

There are many tools doing it. This will take a lot of time everytime.

t runs for your account only. If you want to do for other’s account, you should do it yourself I think.
