30 domains will be expiring in next 3 weeks

I'd say let them expire since you have no use for them. Putting them in giveaway won't be reasonable since they'll soon expire.

Put them up on Sedo, Namecheap and other free marketplaces. Anyone who sees some value or needs any of them will buy. I sold a domain on Namecheap for which I had no use.
