Sigh....

So anyways I’m using D7 for finding leads, and then using Snov and some gsuite domain to send.

I thought everything was dandy, until I checked my mailer score which is sitting at 2.5. So most emails are getting sent directly to spam.

I’m using personalization tags, no links, perhaps a little bit of my work could use some tweaking.

Should I move off of Google?

I need some help the entire way: software, my ESP, etc.

any update? What did you come up with?

These kinds of questions I always have to direct to friends or consultants. No one really hands out the tricks of the trade.

Who would you recommend for cold email consulting? Thanks

I just went in my spam and took the first one there :

"
Dear team of yherrliche.com,
My name is Kim Sebastian-Khan and I'm a freelance content writer and copywriter.
When I called your offices earlier to find out if your agency uses outside writers, Mitchell suggested that I send an email.
Kindly note that my fees are not set in stone and are dependant on a number of different factors. If you choose to work with me, let's chat for me to learn more about what you need and what your budget is so that we can come to a price together.
I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you."

As you can see, he used no links (my website it just text), customisation, and tried to act like they are a bunch of humans talking to each other about my company. Just they are still spam and they still suck.
Review your message, make it more relevant and less cold. And it will already be better.
