-bragging
-trying to sell you something
-honest person that wants to share motivation

In all of those cases it will always have one outcome, and that is recieving PM's of 10-20 hungry lazy ass members that want your method.
There is no win sharing your income on the Internet, unless you want to sell something.

I do it with some things. I've posted numbers in my porn re-upload and Amazon POD thread because they're not exactly secrets around here. But for sure there's plenty I wouldn't mention in public unless I got bored with making money.

That doesn't mean all income reports are fake but you're just not thinking clearly if you trust them 100%.

I suspect this is more of a 'motivate me to work on IM' kind of thing. The majority who are making money don't have any motivation to actually inspire competition however.
