That's $0.84 per 1000 views, no where near there rate claims..

Compared with ouo.io

Nearly 3 times as much, for the same amount of traffic and traffic source.. don't know how reputable ouo.io are though.

Ouo.io has better rates than shorte.St but easy to complete than ouo. io. I had worked with ouo.io in past and they paid on schedule but can't say of recent times.
