Jarvee or InstaPy?

So far I have 2 options for promoting my website on Instagram.

Option 1: Purchase a UK windows vps, an ipv4 proxy, and Jarvee.

Option 2: Use my home ip, and InstaPy.

My plan is to run one account, and do it well. With option 1, I want to be able to access the proxy and consequently my IG account through my phone. But with option 2, I probably won't be able to have my pc running constantly, even though it is cheaper. If I go with option 2, can I switch to option 1 later or will that result in a ban?

Which is the better option for maximizing growth and minimizing the possibility of getting banned, and why? Any other thoughts?

If instapy has the option to follow user's followers, then go for It. Keep in mind that It doesn't allow you to repost contents, I believe

but is there a difference in the way they act? i mean is instapy working as you are using instagram from a pc? and is jarvee the same? (or are they like you are using instagram from a smartphone?)

Yes, Instapy is dead. For many people won't run and is getting more and more complex and hence more difficult to fix anything

If it's just for 1 account than instapy wil be enough. If you are planning to scale than probably Jarvee will be the solution.
