How to watch live on such websites

Live streaming sites like this https://www2.crichd.com/crichd-home

They ask to register in order to watch in HQ quality, fine
But at the end they ask for credit card to finish the registration with zero fee.

I tried fake cards, not worked...

Anyway to get around with the credit card step?
