Looking for Bulletproof web hosting

Hey guys,im lookin' for really bulletproof website,we are providing documents editing service (like hundred websites are available now), previous provider suspended my website after 4 months,I heard about prq and njal and lolekhosted, I prefer prq but they don't respond to my order email.
any ideas?

Is it illegal stuff or just copyright infringement/piracy?

If it's illegal stuff, you'll have hard time finding the host for them. Even cyberbunker was busted recently :O
